You place the order here and we message you on WhatsApp to confirm the pieces, quote shipping and take payment by UPI. Nothing is charged on the site, and you agree the total before you pay anything. Card, UPI and net banking on the site itself will come once our payment gateway is live.
Do I need an account?
No, you can order without one. An account needs only your email address: it keeps your orders, saved addresses and wishlist in one place, on any phone or laptop. Saving pieces to a wishlist needs an account. You can always look up an order under Track order with the order number and the phone number you gave.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Any time before it ships. Message us on WhatsApp with the order number. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
When will my order be sent?
Every order is processed within 24–48 hours and then sent by tracked delivery. We message you the tracking number on WhatsApp the day it goes out, and you can follow it under Track order.
What does shipping cost?
₹99 anywhere in India, added to your order total at checkout. For orders outside India, shipping depends on the country and the parcel, so we share the price and the details with you on WhatsApp after you place the order.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, by arrangement. Message us on WhatsApp and we will quote the postage for your country. Any import duty or customs charge at your end is payable by you, and it is not included in what we quote.
How do I track it?
When your parcel goes out we message you the tracking number on WhatsApp, and it appears under Track order on this site. You never have to ask us for it.
Can I exchange it?
Exchange only, and only if you reach us within 24 hours of delivery. You send the parcel back yourself and the return postage is paid by you. You can exchange for something of the same value, excluding shipping, or something dearer by paying the difference before we dispatch.
Why do you ask for an unboxing video?
Because it is the only thing that lets us put a damaged, missing or wrong item right — for you and with the courier. Film the parcel from sealed to open, in one take. If anything is wrong, send us that video on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and our team will take it from there.
Can I get a refund if I just do not like it?
No. Return and refund are not available on a piece that arrived exactly as described. We know that is stricter than a large store. We pack every parcel by hand. Every product page carries the length, the weight and the finish so you can judge the size before you order, and the size guide has a trick for judging scale from a photograph.
What are these actually made of?
Brass or alloy with a plated finish — gold, silver-tone or oxidised depending on the piece. Every product page lists exactly what that piece is made of. This is plated fashion jewellery, not solid gold and not hallmarked silver. "Oxidised" describes the finish, not the metal underneath.
Will the plating fade or turn my skin green?
Plating is a finish and it wears with time. Put your earrings on after perfume and moisturiser, take them off before a shower or the gym, wipe them with a dry cloth after wearing and keep them in the pouch. Done that way they last a great deal longer. The care guide has the full list.
Are they heavy?
Most pairs are under 12 g together, and anything under 12 g carries a "Light on the ear" chip on its card and product page. The exact weight of every pair is in its specification table.
