AuraShine Jewellery makes sure that delivered items are exactly as shown in the displayed pictures on the website. Size, color, weight, material and model image of majority items and other details are mentioned in the description box of respective items.

When it goes out

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
Please note that delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. AuraShine Jewellery is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier services, however, we will be happy to help you track down the shipment.

Every parcel goes by tracked delivery, and you get the tracking number on WhatsApp the day it leaves.

Where we ship

We ship across India with tracked delivery. Outside India, choose your country at checkout and place the order as usual; shipping prices and details for your country are shared with you on WhatsApp before you pay (or message us first).

Any import duty or customs charge in the destination country is payable by the customer, and is not included in the postage we quote.

Tracking

When your parcel goes out we message you the tracking number on WhatsApp, and it appears under Track order on this site. You never have to ask us for it.

If we can't reach your pincode

A few pincodes aren't on our list yet. The site will tell you at checkout, and you can still place the order — message us on WhatsApp and we'll try to arrange it.

Please film your unboxing

Please film your unboxing. Any exchange or issue has to reach us within 24 hours of delivery. If a parcel is delayed or looks damaged on arrival, message us before you open it. A complete unboxing video is the only thing we can put in front of a courier for a claim, and it is what lets us replace a damaged piece without an argument.
