Who you are dealing with

Placing an order

Placing an order on this site is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. One of us then messages you on WhatsApp to confirm the pieces are in stock, quote shipping and take payment by UPI. The contract is formed when we confirm — until then nothing is charged and you owe nothing.

We may decline or cancel an order before confirming it: if a piece has sold out, if the address cannot be served, or if we cannot reach you on the number given.

Prices and errors

All prices are in Indian rupees and include taxes. Shipping within India is a flat ₹99, shown and added at checkout. Shipping outside India is quoted on WhatsApp — you agree the total before you pay.

Any discount that is running is listed on our offers page with its threshold or code, and applies to the cart subtotal. Discounts do not stack; whichever saves you more is applied.

We do not show an inflated crossed-out price to make a discount look bigger. Where a struck price appears, that piece genuinely sold at that price before. If a price is listed in obvious error we will tell you before confirming rather than charge it.

Stock

We buy and make in small quantities. Occasionally something sells out between you ordering and us confirming. If that happens we tell you straight away and you pay nothing.

Products and variation

Everything we sell is plated fashion jewellery, in brass or alloy as each product page states. It is not solid gold and not hallmarked silver, and we make no such claim anywhere on this site. "Gold finish", "silver finish" and "oxidised" describe a plated surface, not the metal underneath.

Plating is a finish and it wears with normal use. Colour on a screen varies between devices, and handmade enamel and stone-setting vary slightly between pieces. Country of origin: India.

Shipping and risk

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and then take 5–7 working days in transit for domestic orders, 10–15 working days internationally. Delivery times depend on location, distance and our logistics partners, and we are not liable for delays caused by a courier — though we will help you chase a shipment. Risk passes to you on delivery. Any import duty or customs charge outside India is payable by you. Full detail on our shipping page.

Exchange, returns and cancellation

Exchange only, and only if you reach us within 24 hours of delivery. You send the parcel back yourself and the return postage is paid by you. In case of no defect / missing / wrong product: return and refund is not available.

For a defective, missing or wrong item we need a complete unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Please film every parcel as you open it — without that video we cannot raise a claim with the courier and neither can you. Full terms on exchange & returns.

You may cancel any time before we ship, at no charge. We do not levy a cancellation fee.

Your account and your data

There is no password and no login. Your phone number identifies your order and is how we reach you. What we collect and why is set out in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The photographs, text, design and the AuraShine name on this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them to sell anything.

Liability

We are responsible for the pieces we send you and for getting an order wrong. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, which is not ours to limit.
